• The main features of "ExploreDTI" can be summarized as follows:
  • Visualization of scalar and vector maps of various diffusion tensor properties
  • Display of principal diffusion vectors, cuboids, ellipsoids, etc. with several color-encodings
  • Fiber tractography
  • Data quality assessment tools
  • HARDI reconstructions (e.g., spherical deconvolution imaging)
  • Tract-specific measurements
  • Tract-segment analysis
  • Motion/distortion correction (with B-matrix rotation!)

• Generally, the use of these features is self-evident if you are already familiar with DTI and fiber tractography... otherwise... there is a basic manual included in ExploreDTI.
